How soon can your company start managing my property?

For vacant properties, we are able to start managing a property once we have a signed agreement.

If we are taking over management of a property that currently has a tenant, we will need a copy of the lease, transfer of the security deposit, agreed upon funds, and a copy of the key to the home to assume management as well as any outstanding management takeover funds.
