Will you inspect my property?

Depending on your service level package we offer multiple inspections on every property where we place the tenant. 

Of course, we do our move-in and move-out inspections with picture and video documentation so we can compare apples to apples at the beginning and end of the lease when we have placed the tenants.

We also do an automatic 90-day inspection should you allow pets in the property. We do screen all pets prior to approving them, however, to be extra safe we like to check in to make sure Fluffy is adjusting well in their new home. 

So, just to recap, you get your move-in and move-out inspection with picture and video documentation, you get an automatic 90-day inspection if you allow pets, and up to 2 additional inspections at your request.
