How long does it take to rent out a house?

There are a couple of factors that play into market time for any given property. 

First, is your property priced correctly? Our Landlord advisors will walk you through what fair market value in your area is for your property. They will take into account any upgrades or amenities your home has to offer. 

Second, would be the marketing. We aggressively market all of our properties to insure a short market time through radio, social media, syndication, and more. 

Lastly, the condition is a large factor as well. We will perform an inspection for you and let you know what may need to be done to get your property rent ready. 

If you are priced correctly and the home is in good condition, we have an average market time of 17 days.
