When can a landlord anticipate receiving their funds?

Monthly rent disbursements are processed on the 8th and the 12th of each month. The initial round of payments, on the 8th, includes tenants who paid on time. The second round, on the 12th, covers tenants who submitted rent a bit later. Following the 12th, rent is disbursed as it is received after the funds have cleared the bank.
