Can I rent out a fully furnished house?

We usually will not rent out a fully furnished home. The reason being is that we cannot put a value on the items in the home. So if something gets damaged, working out value for those items could turn into a long process becoming a nightmare for everyone involved. 

We are better equipped to rent out vacant homes so we can better manage the integrity of the property rather than its contents.
