We always want to take into account covering your mortgage, however, the market will dictate what your house can rent for. We will run an analysis based on comps and the area and see where your home fits amongst the various values. We will be looking at square footage, bed/bath count, and any upgrades or amenities your home has to offer. All of these factors will help us determine the best rental price for your home.
